Nelson Ledges has its paddock on the inside of the road course. When arriving for an event when the track is not in use, the gate crossing the track will be open, allowing a direct entry to paddock. Registration is held in the building next to Tech as indicated on the map below. When the track is in use, the alternate route (shown in blue) will be used. This route crosses the track via a one lane bridge.
Camping is permitted for free with limited electrical hookup rentals available. The track normally charges a $10 gate fee for entry on weekend events. When arriving the night before, often the main gate to the track will be closed at 9 pm and will re-open at 6 am. The local Econo Lodge in Newton Falls offers discounts to those participating at Nelson.
